1. Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to customers in the US.


2. How long will my order take to ship?

There is a 1-3 business day processing window for all orders. Once processed, your order will ship with standard shipping (5-7 business days).


3. Can I track my order?

We send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Please keep in mind tracking can take 24-48 hours to update. 

4. There was an issue with my delivery. What should I do?

Reach out to us at with the details. Please note, we don’t offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked delivered but not received. If your order is marked "delivered" but the package hasn’t arrived yet, we recommend waiting 48 hours as sometimes the tracking is inaccurate and updated in advance. If your package still has not arrived after 48 hours, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier before emailing.
